Yusin had more than 15+ years of experiences as professional HR. He was the HR Leader in Tokopedia and Bytedance. He led the Tokopedia organization evolution from a start-up to a global scale company. Led the merger of Gojek-Tokopedia and also the Tokopedia-Bytedance acquisition on the HR side.
Yusin’s experiences not just on the HR side but also involved deeply in the business and technology transformations. When he joined Tokopedia, it all started with no policies and system where he built all the fundamentals for Tokopedia to scale very fast in such short time and expanded to multiple countries.
At the biggest merger of Gojek-Tokopedia, he led the organization and system integration. Integrating multiple complex change managements.
At the Tokopedia-Bytedance acquisition, he also led the integration through Bytedance ecosystem in shorter time with his past experiences of M&A.
