Aswin T. Utomo is a high-impact technology executive with extensive leadership experience, most recently as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at GoTo Group and Senior Vice President of Engineering & Chief of Staff Technology at Tokopedia. He successfully founded and led two companies, AdaDiskon and WhatWeLike. His career spans over a decade in engineering, IT governance, and strategic technology leadership. He is recognized as a CIO100 (2022) and CIO75 (2021) ASEAN Award winner.

Aswin served in top executive roles at Tokopedia, including SVP of Engineering and Chief of Staff Technology, culminating as Chief Information Officer at GoTo Group. Throughout his eight-year tenure, he demonstrated excellence in managing large engineering organizations, strategic technology alignment, and IT governance across Southeast Asia’s largest digital ecosystem. He was externally recognized for his leadership, receiving the prestigious CIO100 ASEAN Award in 2022 and the CIO75 ASEAN Award in 2021. His foundation includes significant success as a serial founder and CEO, leading AdaDiskon and WhatWeLike until their acquisition by Tokopedia, which integrates strong entrepreneurial vision with engineering execution. He began his career as a Software Engineer at US-based tech firms.
