Automated bank reconciliation, receivables and supplier payments across hundreds of corporate accounts.

Client context

Where things stood.

Tokopedia, operating at massive daily transaction scale.

Operating at massive scale, Tokopedia handles millions of financial transactions daily across dozens of banking partners. Ascendiz developed Tokopedia's enterprise Finance Information System modules — specifically the Bank Reconciliation Dashboard, Accounts Receivable (AR) Dashboard, and Procure-to-Pay Supplier Portals — delivering end-to-end automation and visibility over corporate financial operations.

Solution

System modules & functionality.

Centralized bank reconciliation dashboard

Automatically aggregates bank statements across hundreds of corporate accounts under the Tokopedia Group umbrella, performing multi-tier automated matching between internal ledgers and external bank statement line items, with real-time visibility into daily cash balances and disbursements.

End-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) dashboard

Visual management interface for finance teams to monitor outstanding balances and customer/merchant cash flows, with real-time aging metrics, credit risk alerts and automated collection status tracking.

Supplier invoice portal & AP dashboard (Procure-to-Pay)

An external portal lets vendors upload invoice files, input line-item billing and track approval status; an internal AP dashboard gives finance visibility over pending approvals, vendor payment aging and payment queue status.
